Honor Loved Ones Buried Here or Elsewhere in the World
In Jewish tradition, it is customary to visit the graves of your loved ones before or during the High Holiday season. Mt. Sinai invites our families who have a loved one buried here to attend a short but very meaningful and memorable service in our Pavilion, led by 3 Rabbis and a Cantor on the Sunday between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. We also welcome those in the community wishing to honor loved ones buried elsewhere in the world. Grandparents bring their children and grandchildren to experience the importance that Judaism places on remembering and honoring those who came before us.
