A peaceful and serene setting

Mt Sinai is a beautiful Jewish cemetery located in the north Phoenix/Scottsdale area. In tune with the Arizona landscape, the cemetery uses desert trees and plants against a background of the stately Sonoran mountains and neighboring desert. The graves are all covered with crushed granite, and according to Jewish tradition,  face east/west towards Jerusalem.

Paved walkways throughout and in front of every grave provide the utmost respect to the deceased as you do not need to walk across graves to visit a loved one. The covered outdoor Pavilion can be used year-round for funeral services, providing families with the convenience of having the service in the same locale as the burial.

Mt Sinai’s staff  is knowledgeable and efficient, and promises to provide compassionate, helpful and professional customer care at a time when you need it most. Our practices have earned us the respect of the Rabbis in the Greater Phoenix area.
